Plate that says restaurant name.

My husband and I went on an Alaskan cruise that departed from Seattle, Washington. And we decided that before we embarked on the cruise we would explore the Seattle area. We ate here on our last night in Seattle before we went on the cruise. This restaurant is just outside the Seattle airport.

Takoyaki

Takoyaki - octopus dumplings with takoyaki sauce
Takoyaki

The Takoyaki are so soft and gooey. The sauce has a good flavor and compliments the octopus in the takoyaki.

Yakitori – Chicken Skewers

Yakitori - 2 chicken skewers
Chicken skewers

These were tasty. The chicken is soft, tender. The sauce is tasty.

Pork and Veg Gyoza

These were perfectly crispy. The gyoza was nicely pact and the bottoms had a nice crunch. The gyoza were perfectly soft and crunchy.

Sushi

Super Salmon - spicy salmon, cucumber, radish sprouts roll topped with salmon slices and tobiko
Super Salmon – spicy salmon, cucumber, radish sprouts roll topped with salmon slices and tobiko.
Shrimp tempera, spicy tuna, cucumber roll topped with spicy tuna, tempera flakes, tobiko, scallions, eel sauce, and spicy mayo.
Super Nitro Roll – Shrimp tempera, spicy tuna, cucumber roll topped with spicy tuna, tempera flakes, tobiko, scallions, eel sauce, and spicy mayo.

For sushi rolls, we ordered the Super Salmon roll and Super Nitro Roll.

The super salmon roll was so good and light. The salmon just melted in my mouth and was just oh so good.

The super nitro roll was delicious. It is a heavier roll than the super salmon. The shrimp tempera was the nice crunchy and soft. The spicy tuna and the spicy mayo gave a nice heat while the eel sauce, rice, and cucumber cooled it down just enough that the heat was not over powering.

The ginger that they put on the side is fresh. So when you eat you get the tang and freshness. It is a great palette cleanser.
